Cold Stone Creamery - Mesa

Being in zero waste business, I take my own things to places. Some places don't allow that, but Cold Stone was great. They could compensate me for not using the throw away cup. ?

Even though we don't visit this restaurant very often, whenever we have a craving for Cold Stone, this is where we go. The place is clean and not overly crowded. For my son's birthday, he didn't want a cake, but requested the Birthday Cake Remix ice cream from Cold Stone instead.

Good ice cream but terrible customer service. My friend and I ordered a large container of ColdStone from Uber Eats. When it arrived it was half empty. Looking at the sides of the container we realized it was never full. The workers only half way filled the order. We scooped out what was in there and realized even part of the bottom was hollow. The mix ins were not fully mixed in. I had a piece of cookie dough that was larger than my spoon. I have never ordered ice cream from this Cold Stone so I was very disappointed. I wrote in to ColdStone to let them correct the mistake. I understand people make mistakes but I am a full believer of admitting the mistake and taking responsibility. Well, that never happened. I received a call from the manager and called back I did not leave a voicemail and decided to call back the next day. I called back and left a message. I waited a week and half and still never got a call back. So I called back again and left another message. That was two weeks ago and that is where this story will end. Yes they have good ice cream. Its expensive and a nice treat. However, if you have a problem you'll be in trouble because ColdStone doesn't care. Update: I had posted another email to the Customer Service Department on April 9th. It's May 6th and I haven't heard from them. I tried calling and after waiting half an hour I got the message that they were having technical issues and the line disconnected. I sent another email again today because now I'm curious how many times do you have to contact Cold Stone before they respond. I'll keep you updated since we know ColdStone has communication issues ; .

The Sweet Cream with strawberries and pecans is my go-to choice every time I visit this restaurant. The staff is consistently friendly and the ice cream is top notch. The new location has been a great move for them, as there are always a few people there whenever I stop by. Overall, it's always a good experience.

So good! They were very helpful with making sure that the different ice creams didn't have egg in it for me because I have an egg allergy going places, it can be very difficult and frustrating, especially when people aren't willing to look at a nutrition guide or hand me a nutrition guide for me to look at. They were very helpful in every way possible
