Domino's Pizza - Mesa

I waited two hours for a medium pizza and eight wings, and it was incredibly frustrating. It's unacceptable to make customers wait so long without any communication. This level of service is very unprofessional.

I'm not complaining. I always place my order, and my food is always ready when I arrive, so I'm served right away.

I had the worst experience at this restaurant. I typically don't like to complain, but my order was a mess. They brought me the wrong sauce, and the food was dry and tough. To make matters worse, the server who delivered my food looked at me as if I were a monster and turned bright red. It felt uncomfortable when they handed me my food instead of placing it on my tray. It’s disappointing to feel that way in a restaurant. Overall, not a great visit.

Do not cover with the thin crust pizza. it is the most tasteless cracker with the great price. so disappointing and a waist. Maybe it was the good-looking thing I used. or something, never again. the supplier was very nice. he should keep going.

WOW AMAZING Customer service I ordered my pizza, only to see it was very delayed. Called the store and spoke with the manager who said their driver hadn't arrived to work, and that orders may be canceled. Not long after I got a text that my order was canceled, and within 10 mins of that the manager arrived with my pizza, at NO CHARGE! That my friends is customer service. Dean M
