El Pollo Loco - Mesa

Now in 2022, still a great choice maybe not as friendly as a few years back, but still great food everything on the menu looks great! Unfortunately, since Kovid, the Condiment bar is no longer in stock, so ALL the extras must be requested at the counter. The pico de gallo serrano paprika are a welcome addition to any of the meal choices. Back in 2018 we said nice, friendly team members. Fast service. Good selection of mostly grilled chicken choices, as by El Polo in name, but not too crazy, as the Loco part could indicate. Many combos and a few south of the boarder drink offers in addition to the usual themselves serve coke dispensers. Try big and probably healthier decisions than other fast service options.

Always delicious, always a happy staff and faster service. I get the chicken avocado burrito every time and never get old. Well done.

When I come to this restaurant, I order the chicken tostada without chicken and rice, which comes all together with chicken beans rice and pico and cheese and salad. But I asked not the chicken that I also ordered separately one side of beans and rice, so I have to my table and see that I have no beans at all and my tostada was only salad

Worse experience ever, Missing half of my order, trying to call back to the restaurant, Lady said they would do a partial refund that I never get, trying to contact companies, never got an answer. I was excited for birria from EPL, skip trying local shops, was a few when I travel to mesa, can cost more, but at least you could actually get your order.

I ordered here yesterday through the drive-through which was the only thing open at the time after after getting home and trying everything The bowl was nice The chicken was OK not the best flavor in the world for grilled chicken back home where we go to local pollo lots more flavor Also ordered a salad with the guacamole dressing leak dressing came premixed and not much dressing on it at all the beans also don't have much flavor try it for yourself you may like it just didn't work for me in the family
