Contribuisci feedbackWent to this location to get my dinner and use the restroom. When I entered the men's restroom, I was hit with a very strong odor of sewer gas. The toilet paper was all but gone and the sink looked like a pig took a bath in it. It was so bad that I had to immediately walk out. I notified the manager and they said that they will take care of it. I waited several minutes and nobody showed up. I gave up, grabbed my food and hit the road.I ordered the number 11 chicken sandwich without cheese and ranch with a large drink and small fry.I started munching on the fries and the top few were fresh while the rest were old and disgusting, I couldn't finish them. I was hoping that the sandwich was better but....nooo, it was just as bad. Tasted old and fried more than once . The bun was even horrible. What a complete waste of $10.
Awesome food! I really love this jack in the Box everyone is super nice, location is always clean, Francisco the manager he is very welcoming and professional. I recommend this location!
Fast food. Great place for more choices and the bang for your bucks. Busy at times you'll see why it's that good People are great so no complaints here. Great experience all around and always a must on the egg rolls.
I know that working at customer service can be difficult, but even more when you don't like it, it's worse and they don't give you the right service, please. Jack in the box hires people who like their work and don't have experiences like mine. order and he did not take it well as I asked and when I told him I was going to check my order he got upset, very bad attitude ...
Spoke to a manager named RAGINA 2 weeks ago about my churros not being sugared when I came through drive through. She told me to come through as usual and tell me that my name is written down and I could get my order replaced. I had made her aware that I don’t get fast food often so itd be about 2-3 weeks before I return. She told me “no worries”. Now that I am returning to get my order made, the manager whom is a male is telling me that because I don’t have my receipt anymore they can’t help me. Make it make sense. And no one is willing to ask RAGINA about it. She’s the one I spoke to about my order being wrong, she’s the one who assured me that I can come back 2 weeks from now and get my order, she’s the one who “wrote my name down” so everyone knows.
