Jersey Mike's Subs - Mesa

I have typically had a great experience at this restaurant, but recently my sub has consistently been made incorrectly when ordering online and picking up. In the last 2 months, I have ordered 3 times and each time my order has been wrong. This last week, the sub I received was in such a messy and disorganized state that it was difficult to eat. I would be embarrassed to serve something like this to a customer.

I stopped in for the first time on Tuesday and received very friendly service. The lady who took my order was cheerful, friendly, and even dancing. I will definitely be returning soon.

Don't bother going to this restaurant! They are unable to handle catering orders. They initially claimed that they never received the catering order, but later admitted they were mistaken. However, they still failed to fulfill the order in a timely manner. To make matters worse, they did not include the chips or cookies and accused the customer of lying when asked about them. This seems to be a recurring issue at this establishment.

I'm not a dine-in fast food guy, but they made me an amazing roast beef sandwich and I'm definitely coming back for that Philly cheese steak.

Friendly staff. Sub was very good. Fresh bread and loaded with meat. One of the best subs I have had.
