Lenny's Burger - Mesa

I have been a regular customer here for years, visiting 3 to 4 times a month. I used to give this place 5 stars, but unfortunately, it has declined significantly over the past few months. They can't seem to get even a simple order correct, even though I've been ordering the same thing for years. I’ve had numerous issues with missing items, wrong orders, and new, inexperienced staff. The quality of the food has also dropped noticeably. Last Friday was the last straw for me. I’m done.

Lenny's is one of the coolest restaurants in the city, featuring legendary 50s-style decor that covers almost every wall with charming memorabilia. I especially enjoyed the iconic images of Elvis and Humphrey Bogart, including a gold plate of Elvis. The service was outstanding, thanks to manager Michelle. I started with a strawberry-vanilla malted milkshake, which is definitely among the top ten I’ve ever tasted. The New Mexico Luke chili burger and wobble rings were delicious and satisfying. The atmosphere was fun and lively, making it easy to relax and enjoy the experience. It’s a fantastic restaurant for families as well!

I had the green chili combo, and the burger was juicy while the fries were perfectly seasoned. The wait is a bit longer, but they do inform you in advance, so just be patient. It's definitely worth the wait!

I was very excited to try this place as my man and I have been driving many times past it. the food took a long time to get what would not be bad if it were worth waiting, but unfortunately it wasn't. there were burgers mediocre and the pommes were nothing special. the best at this place is the 50s style diner decor. Maybe we'll try again in the future, we could have just had a bad day for them.

This place knows how to make a burger! Easily one of the best I've had in years. The price isn't much more than a typical fast food drive-thru, but the food is several levels above. The woman who took my order and handed me the food was friendly... There's really nothing whatsoever I can think of that Lenny's Burger didn't excel at. This is definitely my new favorite burger place in the greater Phoenix metro.
