Little Caesars Pizza - Mesa

The pizzas are consistently fresh and incredibly hot when I pick them up! The staff is always friendly!

The pizza is never served warm and ready; there's always a wait of 10 to 15 minutes. It's not right to advertise items you can't deliver. Disappointing experience.

This is the only worthwhile upscale fast food option nowadays. A pizza with one topping costs about a dollar less than a patty melt sandwich at Whataburger (without fries or drinks).

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Terrible experience. Went picked up my online order, went to drive thu sat there for 5 minutes with them staring at me. After she finally came, they were told that they were closed! I told them I had an order to pick up from online and wait there for 5 minutes at the store BEFOR it closed. They told me they didn't!! Been for 2 weeks with constant daily calls to customer service to get my refund and still wait for someone to do thier job and give me a refund because I don't get my food! Never get back to this place!

I was sad about my last visit. Not sure why a car was parked backwards in the drive thru unattended so I went in. Now I go to Little Caesars at least 3 times a month. Even though they have raised prices, it still is the best price for their pepperoni pizza. Sadly, they gave me a pizza that was not up to the fresh hot and good taste that I was accustomed to. Luke warm and a bit dry. Threw it away. Not worth the hassle of driving back to the storefront.
