Little Caesars Pizza - Mesa

Got the thin crust pepperoni tonight with a cheerleader breadsticks and marinara for $11.99 so no bad price at all it was super hot and ready to go until I came to pick it up. I was really skeptical to use a kiosk to get it, but it was surprisingly easy to use and it was a bonus because I didn't have to be in line. I was in less than 60 seconds and out. Although I didn't have too much interaction with the staff, they were still friendly and helpful. I like this situation better than the little Caesars on the land and Broadway. Overall, the atmosphere of this situation is more friendly and now that we live in a world where most customer service stinks, it is nice to actually go to a place where you feel like the staff really welcome your business.

Eating is always good for something cheap, but the young girl cashier really irritated me about using a big bill. I understand $100 is not easy to break (it's all I had and I don't usually use that) so I went next door to break it and tried to use a $50 for an order over $30? She still gave me a tough time so I had to ask the manager to do it, and he was okay with it, it just told me for future reference that they take nothing over $20. I understand, but I mean, if I broke it already, why my money continues to reject without telling me that they take nothing more than 20, not mentioning that the change was back? not much. They didn't want to change. I'm pregnant and sick and it's hot out now!

Went to a hot n finished pizza and it was boiled under. I asked the employee who worked at the time when they could put it back through the oven, did they refuse because the pizza was already cut? So they swapped it with another under boiled hot n ready and put the one I had just checked with the hands back into the pickup oven, smh. Worst service at this point ever!

I'm a Little Caesars nothing too crazy, always a new cashier learning how to do the operations and presentations. Pizza is never late nor is it ever early. Quality is always good no problems so far in the past 2 years.

Really bad experience, the cashier told me to wait 8 minutes to get my pizza but it took 18 minutes to get it, then I saw my order in the table for minutes. The cashier lady was talking to her friends next to the register and the guy was inside on the phone ?with it in his left hand and taking the pizzas out of the oven with his right hand. Come on little Ceasars crew this is what you guys have to offer to the customers. ??????????
