Mcdonald's - Mesa

The young lady in the Drive-Thru was very rude and it did not have to use the app to scan the barcodes or use the code they give you to give them before you check out to get points on your account. A little frustrated because I don't get the points on my account that I should have because she wasn't aware of how to do it.

Service here is fast and friendly. They're great at getting the order correctly. Linda is super nice and on point!

We decided to try the 2-for-$6 specials, which were served quickly. The cashier was really friendly, and after paying, I received only the drink in the designated waiting area for food. The staff member there kindly apologized for the wait. The meat was fresh, which was great since they don’t use any frozen items.

The restaurant features a self-checkout system where you can place your order and then have your food delivered directly to your table after entering your table number on the checkout pad. This made the process very quick and convenient. I was also able to apply my points from the app to my purchase. The food was tasty, and the service was prompt and efficient.

McDonald's is, well, McDonald's, but I had a great experience thanks to a very pleasant young lady behind the counter. Later on, she made the effort to visit each table to see if anyone needed anything else. It’s wonderful to see employees who care about their work and the customers they serve.
