Mellow Mushroom Mesa

Ordered The vegetarian Mushroom pizza and an order of oven roasted wings. They even followed the added notes. Delicious and fast. Absolutely recommend. Edit: Took away couple of stars because exact same order was placed today. They charge $1.38 for something that I have no clue and on top of it? they even shorted me on wings. Hmmmm- not a good second experience.

There's not very many restaurants that stay open late at night. We happened to find one that neither one of us have ever been to. It's called Mellow Mushroom Pizzeria! Their pizza was SO GOOD! They had manyother items on the menu, but we stuck to what they were famous for. This pizzeria is not like other pizza restaurants. This one is very hip, and has a very diverse clientele. It was very welcoming! We had a great visit!

The grateful dead drink is to die for. Our waitress Traci was wonderful. Thanks to another host Jeff Osman recommended lunch here thanks. The wings are awesome and the small personal pizzas were bomb.

Our server, Mo, was so kind and helpful. Mo provided a great experience for us at this location. We ordered two large pizzas and we found out the reason the crust is always so good is because yet use water from Colorado springs. That's apparently why they won't open in Cali, cuz they wouldn't be able to use that water and it would change the integrity of the dough. Fascinating.

My hubby and I had lunch on a Tuesday. Wasn?t that busy which is nice for me. The server was knowledgeable of the menu and was exceptionally nice. I ordered the Holy Shitake pizza. It smelled phenomenal and the taste was incredible. I?m a vegetarian and was the best pizza I?ve ever had. The dough was seasoned perfectly and the aioli was wonderful added touch. They also offer many meat dishes but also have many vegetarian options and also can customize to use vegan cheese. I will definitely go back.
