New York Pizza Wings - Mesa

Pizza was not that great, no sauce on the pizza. Also request rust was very thin and Burned. This pizza place is also out of a gas station.

Ordered thru GrubHub.. pizza Wow! Best ingredients got Mamas garlic oil jalapeños and black olives. As for anti pasta salad, needs some work but ingredients and creamy Italian dressing on point. If new owner would freshen up view from counter, even better.

The pizza is good. This one was an hour late, cold, and smashed. Same as the last try, it was left at the door without a knock or ring. We’re done. Also not to order….

We placed our order, expecting 30-45 minutes for delivery. It was Friday night, so a little longer is no big deal. I got a call from Door Dash an hour later saying he was there, and our order hadn’t been started yet. Okay, fine I guess. 2 hours and $50 later, our food arrives, room temperature, and the order was wrong. We’ve had a great experience with them before. I called the next day to see what they would do to make it right, and never got a call back. That was 2 weeks ago.

I have told everyone i know how good the pizza is here never again. This is the 2nd order where i have come in (at the assigned time) to pick up a pizza i ordered for pick up and been told 10 minutes . I then watch as he makes my pizza. I figured once was a fluke, the second time i came in, saw he was making dough and there were clearly no other orders. He told me 10 minutes . I said ok, sat and waited. It was an additonal 40 minutes (35 past my assigned pick up time) and i could clearly see into the kitchen and oven that there were zero pizzas when he put mine in. Obviously is not paying attention. I then watched a door dash driver come in, give a name, be told 10minutes. The dasher eventually left as he could see the order was just being started. A new driver came in looking for the order (old driver dropped the order, clearly) and was told the exact same thing. 100% the pizza is not worth waiting almost an hour after i ordered WELL ahead of time.As of this moment ive been waiting (in person, since my pick up time) 45 minutes and still do not have my order.UPDATE: oh man it gets better. I was just told he forgot to set his timer and all three were burned and he has to remake them. Literally what is going on here. There was my order and one other order. This place is not busy right now.
