Olive Garden - Mesa

Olive Garden provided an outstanding Veterans Day meal that was truly a great value! The waitstaff was quick, friendly, and very accommodating. My only minor complaint was that my table was positioned close to the bustling front door, which made it a bit cool. However, I have no complaints about the delicious meal! Food rating: 5/5.

I've been visiting this restaurant for 10 years, and it has consistently disappointed me. I ordered spinach and artichoke dip that was so over-microwaved it was rock solid. The seafood I had was so overcooked that it was nearly inedible. Most recently, I ordered a sirloin cooked medium-well, and it was so overcooked that it was completely dry. The only reason I keep coming back is that my father proposed to my mother here. Unfortunately, it seems like this place can never quite get it right. Fazoli's offers better food at half the price. It’s disheartening to see that the kitchen staff struggles so much, while the waitstaff is always spot on. It shouldn’t be too difficult to provide proper training for the kitchen staff or to offer competitive wages to someone who truly values their craft.

This is a great Italian restaurant worth trying. I really enjoyed the marinara sauce and the icy plant dish – both were excellent. The salad dressing is perfect and is included with every meal ordered. Definitely worth a visit! Prices are a bit on the higher side.

This Olive Garden gets 1 star, because they provided no service. We got seated, and no one came to our table for service. No waters were brought to us, nothing. After 5 minutes I ordered drinks on the tablet at the table. At 15 minutes of literally no one coming to our table to serve us, we decided to leave. What a terrible experience.
