Contribuisci feedbackI waited for an hour and never received a call or email to let me know my order was ready for pickup! I even tried calling several times, but nobody answered. The service here is terrible—don't waste your time and money!
I regret not ordering online and checking out the specials more carefully. After hearing the unclear explanation of the specials, I felt frustrated and chose to just order a large cheese pizza. When my partner brought it home, I found the sauce to be overly sweet. They really need to adjust the flavor of their marinara sauce. We managed to eat one piece each, but now we have the rest of the large pizza left, which is pretty much inedible for us.
I called back to explain the situation, but the girl on the phone kept interrupting me until I had to point out all the issues. She offered a refund, but then informed me it had been canceled. That was incredibly rude. I won't be ordering pizza from here again. It’s frustrating when the customer is more polite than the staff, especially when they mess up the order. There are plenty of other pizza places to choose from.
Great friendly staff. it is newly renovated and the new staff is guided in the right direction. mike was great and helped with my order, good lookin man too. try it anyway.
I'm not sure if this location is under new management but our experience last night was such a big improvement on how their service used to be. We placed a phone order with Michael and he was not only super friendly but he also honored a birthday reward from the app and wrote a birthday message on my breadsticks. Fantastic service and the food was EXACTLY how we ordered it for once LOL great job guys and Thank You, Michael!
