Rita's Cantina - Mesa

After reading a few reviews, I decided to give this restaurant a try, and I'm so glad I did! The food and service were excellent. My girlfriend ordered the steak fajitas, while I opted for the seafood enchiladas. Both dishes were incredibly delicious and generously portioned. The rice had a flavor that exceeded anything I’ve had before; usually, I leave rice on my plate, but I ended up finishing almost everything! The salsa had a nice zesty kick to it. The restaurant has a traditional ambiance that adds to the experience. Overall, this is hands down the best Mexican restaurant in the West Mesa/Northeast Tempe area.

The food is amazing! I had the red snapper in garlic sauce, and they serve you the whole fish. If you prefer, you can also order tilapia fillets, which come dressed in the same garlic sauce. I personally enjoy their flour cakes more than the corn ones. Definitely give it a try!

When dining here, the toritos and margaritas are a perfect match! The margaritas are large and delicious, while the toritos are simply the best appetizer you could wish for. The service was excellent, and the staff was very attentive!

Food and service was great. been here several times and every dish I've tried has been great. my server Vanessa was very friendly and attentive . she makes some very tasty margaritas too. will definitely keep coming back.
