Rosati's Pizza - Mesa

Been here many times before. Ordered pasta and a sandwich. Portions seemed to be more generous. I hope this is a change that is permanent. Thx

Place was unprofessional. The dude who answered the phone didn’t know customer service and gave attitude the whole time. Horrible experience we had to order to another rosatis because he wouldnt take my payment and once I placed the order and payment over the new location there was no problem.

Walked in and the girl behind the counter didn't even acknowledge me. It wasn't busy. Actually she ignored me twice. The guy that brought me the pizza explained the mushrooms are there you just can't see them, they're hidden. I see a business closing in the near future. Update, Manager called me and explained the situation,was very cool and gave me a little insight into what going on behind the scene. I appreciated he did that. His approach to managing will keep him in business for a long time.Parking: Other business in the strip mall have more customers.

Just wanted to update my review. Owner did reach out to me personally and rectified the issue. Glad to see that there are still good people who offer good food and great customer service.
