Smashburger - Mesa

Absolutely the biggest break for fast food I experienced EVER. The food we got was average for poor, tasteful. What the amount of food you pay for what you pay was the right joke. The big frits and big perpetrator tablets I ordered were more than $7.00, and the containers they served were not even full (picture of the perpetrator tablet container provided; I put my wallet next to him to give you a better frame of reference). They weren't even scarcely spiced, just quite poor around the whole way (I didn't even finish what they gave me, they were so bad). As for chicken sandwiches, the chicken they put in the sandwiches is thin paper. They tasted okay, definitely nothing special, but they were quite mostly bread. The whole meal cost over $24.00, as I said above, an INSGESAMT ripped off. I will kick NIE again in this place, and I advise everyone to read this to avoid it.

Foods not bad. The fact they make their employees get vaccinated otherwise have to wear a mask is disgusting. After seeing that sigh a few mouths ago been done supporting them.

Food sat for 30 minutes in bag without notification it was ready. Staff were nice but either incompetent or understaffed by management. Bun was hard as a rock. I emailed you as requested below. No response yet as of now. I don?t want anything from you. Just posting for others for informational purposes.

Ordered an Avocado Bacon Turkey Club, got a cold single cheese burger instead. Second time ordering here and receiving an obviously incorrect order. They refunded me, but I'd prefer paying and receiving the correct order. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Plenty of other places to eat.

Love the food! Always fresh and hot. Fries are fresh, hot and crispy. Burgers are delicious and hot. Nice and clean inside, friendly employees and I love there salads, always fresh!
