Starbucks - Mesa

I had my first Iced Americano at this Starbucks location, and it was an excellent experience! As a coffee novice, I was unsure about how to customize my drink. Fortunately, a staff member named Mack assisted me in making my choice. He recommended adding brown sugar flavoring, which was perfect since I wanted to keep it from being too sweet, and it turned out to be absolutely delicious! Mack’s customer service was outstanding, and his positive energy made the visit even better. This has quickly become my favorite Starbucks, and I’ll definitely be back! It’s also conveniently located near my workplace, which is a big plus! Thank you, Mack!

One of my favorite places in the Mesa area! The staff is extremely attentive and friendly, always prepared with great drink pairing suggestions. I really enjoy their Starbucks coffee; the rich blend provides the perfect boost I need!

Today, I had a great experience at Starbucks, and it wasn't just because I was the only one in the drive-thru! The employee who helped me was Hunter. Thank you, Hunter, for your quick work in preparing my two Venti Caramel Crunches with extra drizzle, extra crunch, and an extra shot of espresso. Hunter also took a moment to ask how I was doing, which really impressed me—it's always nice to encounter staff who genuinely care about their customers. I truly appreciate you making my day and getting my drinks out so fast, allowing me to make it to lunch with my boyfriend on time. Keep up the fantastic work!
