Stats Sports Grill At Wrigley West

I decided to give this restaurant another try by making a reservation through Open Table, but was informed that they no longer accept reservations through that platform. I had contacted Open Table previously and they had given me the points I was owed. Although the wait staff was friendly, there were not enough of them. Mallorie was multitasking as a bartender and server, making it challenging for her to attend to all the customers. While I appreciated her efforts, she clearly needed some assistance. Despite the service issues, I will return for the food, but not for the overall atmosphere.

The dining experience was average, but I wouldn't recommend it since there are much better options available. The server appeared surprised by our presence. A reservation wasn't needed as there was a handwritten sign instructing us to seat ourselves, with only one other customer in the restaurant. The food was decent, with a limited but satisfactory breakfast menu. We were able to make substitutions for healthier sides.

The server was very good, except for the fact that he couldn't get the Open Table reservation confirmed on their system. Food was unique in many off the choices and well done. Prices are a bit steep for sitting in the middle of a hallway with constant traffic moving about. I wanted to watch the Stanley Cup game and was disappointed with the viewing options. I tried to contact Open Table about getting my credit for the visit, but have yet to hear back. Will go for the food, but take it to go!!

The restaurant was empty with a nice bar, but the service was rather boring and the food was just okay.

We have stayed at this hotel several times in the past and unfortunately it has severely declined in quality of cleanliness and appearance. When we went to our room we immediately noticed the buildup of dust on all of the furniture. I always wipe down everything in the room with Clorox wipes and in doing so on numerous pieces of furniture items an unknown yellow substance came off onto the wipes. We had a balcony room. There were bird feces ALL over the patio including the patio chairs and table they were filthy with bird poop and to dirty use to enjoy the pool view which we paid extra for. There was a lot of bird feces on the property including all of the pool furniture it was gross. The grossest thing was asking a housekeeping lady for extra hand towels and washcloths and she gave them to me with rubber gloves on that she was wearing in a guest bathroom while scrubbing a dirty toilet and sent me back to my room with them to use!!! We checked out early and went home.
