I have visited this restaurant several times and wasn’t particularly impressed with the customer service staff. However, today was different! A young lady named Delilah truly engaged with my 9-year-old twins while making their after-school sandwiches. When I went to the register to pay (Mommy Warbucks here), she also remarked on how delightful they were. To top it off, she gave them a cookie! I really appreciate excellent customer service and believe it’s crucial to acknowledge it, especially since it seems to be lacking more often these days. Well done, Delilah! Thank you for making our lunch experience enjoyable!

I visited the restaurant with my daughters tonight, and we were really impressed. The sandwiches were made perfectly, as always, and I’ve never had an issue here. However, what stood out this time was the friendliness and personal touch of the two staff members working tonight. They truly made our experience special and have encouraged me to return again and again! You really brightened my week. As a single mother doing my best, I sincerely appreciate your kindness. My girls also loved their little notes! Thank you!

I really enjoy visiting this restaurant. The reason for my 4-star rating is that I've ordered online from them about 3-4 times, including today, and they consistently forget to include the smashed avocado. I don’t always have the time to check my order, so I shouldn't have to make it myself if I've ordered it online. Maybe they should reconsider offering smashed avocado for online orders because it's never included. What makes it even more frustrating is that I encounter different staff each time. Aside from this issue, I truly enjoy the food. Keep up the good work, but please make sure to double-check online orders at least three times to ensure everything is correct.
