The Cold Cut Combo always only has bologna. Where are the other cold cuts that are supposed to be included???????????

Sub was too salty! And they didn't add my chips/cookies as I ordered.

I ordered the Turkey 'Cali Fresh ' which includes specific add ons. I don 't like that the app charges you additional money to add these to your sandwich. something isn 't right

The Raspberry Cheesecake cookies (210 calories) at this restaurant are absolutely delicious. I always receive them quickly and prepared exactly how I like them.

I live near this restaurant and placed an order that took over 45 minutes to arrive, despite being told it would take no more than 25 minutes. When I called to inquire about the delay, the employee rudely told me not to use Doordash because they only had one worker. They abruptly hung up on me when I mentioned that my order had been paid for and needed to be prioritized, as my delivery person had been waiting for over 25 minutes. Upon delivery, I received a chicken sub instead of the Italian BMT sub and Baja Steak bowl that I had ordered. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.
