Asked for no sour cream and wouldn't you know it. I got sour cream, it's the little things.
The building was empty I go inside and I say loudly enough for them to hear it hello and there was no response food was OK and the employees looked like they we're bored
Waited a long time for change, didn’t give us a receipt, then they messed up the order completely.I get that things get busy, but offering communication to a customer would do wonders. Try being aware of what order you’re handing someone. It’s not that hard to repeat an order back to someone. Even if it takes a little longer, you’d avoid mistakes like this and you wouldn’t have as many dissatisfied customers.This isn’t the first time something like this has happened, hence the review.
