Taco Bell - Mesa

It's Taco Bell, what's not to love? I’m not a fan of the self-order kiosks; I find them unhelpful. Maybe I'm just not getting the hang of it. Next time, I'll stick to ordering with a person. As for the food, it’s a solid 5/5!

I was quite disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. They got my order wrong, and there was no one available to help resolve the issue or offer a refund. I had clearly communicated my order, but it seemed like the staff were not attentive. Perhaps if the employee wasn't so visibly unhappy, he would have paid better attention instead of rolling his eyes.

The Mexican pizza tasted really stale. I asked some friends to try it as well, to see if it was just my opinion, and many of them agreed that the fried tortilla seemed like it had been made several days earlier.

Okay, I'm writing this, I'm gonna make sure the dread I felt let her know what happened to my order and isn't really able to prove it. so here goes last night I went through running gear thru I paid with cash and my debit card but the cashier cannot know or experience enough to know how to make a cash and debit transaction, so she took my money and she calculates my debit card the full amount of my order I don't order until today after some online shopping I noticed that she will be fully charged me. I went this morning and they told me that I came back at 3.5 hours later and then for me that this manager does not work until 8 that would wait another 5 hours! the young man who unfortunately doesn't have his name, please say I'll call someone and see if I can help you. he said he went back and he spoke to an assistant on the manager and they gave me both the money I gave them last night and he bought me dinner. many thanks to that they make this a simple situation and solve it with ease and also thanks for dinner

Don't come here unless you want to be made to feel like it's your fault they got your order wrong.I think the person at the window was training which is fine. What I don't like is when other people come out and talk to me like I'm dumb and all stare at me when I get to the window because of all the confusion I somehow caused.
