Taco Bell - Mesa

The waitress were very clean very respectful. The restrooms were very clean as well the tables were sanitize the garbage cans were empty

Good fast.servocw great. Prices pleasant inside locked bathrooms for the sake of keeping them clean and drug free thanks will stop in again

If I could give no stars I would the lady in drive through couldn’t communicate not because of the system but because she speaks broken English my wife is Mexican so she went slow and worked with her . The drive through lady got mad at my wife because she could not tell us an order we wanted was only In the app . When she handed the food she shoved it into my hands . I wasn’t gonna report online till I pull my tacos out and they were all in the bottom of the bag out of the rapper all let us and cheese over the bottom of the bag . So I call and the lady who answered was very nice and spoke clearly I asked for a manager and guess what it was the rude drive through . I ask if she worked drive through when I came through she just kept saying ok over and over I need corporate to reach out to me I had my kids in the car and your company showed them how rude Taco Bell really can be over nothing that a manager shouldn’t be able to handle don’t get mad it’s food I get it I worked fast food for 15 years .

First off take the time to drive to the Mesa drive and brown Taco Bell. I've been to this one off of Main st and I really do try to avoid it but it was close. This is the 5th times they've messed up my order. It happens all the time. I'm tried of paying For thing and not receiving them. That's bad business they need to be able to at bare minimum give me what I purchased. Please avoid this store and go to Mesa drive and brown.

The people, those short staff and the dining room being closed were positive and chipper had an order was fast and correct. We're going to go Taco Bell
