Contribuisci feedbackI enjoyed my stay here. A top notch Courtyard with comfortable rooms and good service. The bar and bar tender were excellent and the front desk staff very helpful and accommodating. I watched the Manager do an excellent job of de-escalating an angry exchange with an irate customer. He could not have done a better job, especially since the customer would not stop and carried on his grievance for the better of :30 minutes. I would definitely stay here again.
I was there 3/3 3/8. The front desk clerk, Tanisha (I think that's her name) was very pleasant. I was having a hard time getting my door to open and she came with me to the room and made sure it opened properly. Each morning I had breakfast in the Bistro where Lani was extremely friendly. She remembered what I liked for breakfast each morning. That's a personal touch. The food was very good. Azaia, (I hope I'm spelling her name correctly) with housekeeping was very personable and attentive to the needs for making my room clean and fully stocked with towels, coffee and miscellaneous items. I would recommend this property if you're staying in Mesa.
My wife and I spent two nights at this hotel in late February, and as a frequent Marriott guest, I had certain expectations. Unfortunately, we encountered some issues during our stay. It seemed like there was a sports team staying at the hotel, as the noise from the youth in the halls kept us awake until about 2:30 AM. To make matters worse, the music playing on the patio woke us up at 7 AM. The lighting in the rooms was quite dim, which was challenging for older guests like us. Additionally, the carpets desperately needed cleaning; I noticed dirt on my feet after walking around the room barefoot, and it was quite off-putting. On a positive note, the receptionist was fantastic and did an excellent job introducing us to the facility. However, given our experiences, we will likely choose a different Marriott for our future stays.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The room was poorly lit and the walls were dirty. It was located at the farthest end from the front desk and right next to a secluded back door, which made me feel unsafe. During our four-day stay, our room was never cleaned, leading to a tiny garbage can overflowing. The staff was not very friendly either. Overall, it was a letdown.
I was stranded in the area due to Southwest Airlines cancelling my flight from Phoenix last weekend and was able to get a flight on Allegiant but spent the night at this hotel overnight. The service and tremendous help from Ruth at the front desk is to commended!! The hotel was very clean and I enjoyed Starbucks in the lobby, a plus!! I would highly recommend!!
