Wendy's - Mesa

Strawberry lemonade is delicious, Needed a place to kill time before a meeting. Clean, quite, with comfortable chairs, caught up on some writing while enjoying a refreshing drink. Delightful young teenager behind the counter took my order.

This location is always good. The food is always hot when it comes out, the employees are very nice. The restaurant and bathrooms are very clean. Highly recommended!

Service was awesome. My food was ready before I filled my drink. This Wendy's is pretty typical. The fries could have been cooked a little longer but everything was still good.

Rude manager. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit combo for my breakfast. The cashier rang a baconater combo in error. No biggie, mistakes happen. I went to the counter with my receipt and sandwich and waited for assistance. Eventually, the manager came over, and I told her what I ordered. She took my sandwich and shouted back to the grill person and sandwich maker she needed a bacon, egg, and, cheese biscuit. She then tells them to pay more attention to what they are making. When she gave me my sandwich, I tried to tell her that the cashier rang it in wrong and the back crew made was on the screen. The manager didn't even acknowledge this and never once did she address the price difference and offer my money back. While I was in the dining room, I hear her complaining because this is not her regular crew. Toxic management at its best.

What a crew! we showed up an hour before the closure and frosty’s were still available, our food was made to order and the service could not have been better. they also remembered the bbq!
