Wendy's - Mesa

Ordered a large spicy chicken combo with a strawberry lemonade they give you a small one every time yet they charge an upgrade fee. Supposedly the same 60 cent no matter the size so where is my large drink? Then I get a sliver of dollar tree tomato with a mayo drizzle... and they love to argue with you! I know the customer isn't always right but damn! I'm unimpressed. I never have a good experience with this location so this will be my last visit.

Well.... I just want to say, we love Wendy's! But, what happened today is sooooo annoying!!!! We ordered a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger with mustard, ketchup and a lot of onion only. (exactly what i said) The woman asked if I wanted mayo. I repeated mustard, ketchup and onion ONLY! (I stressed ONLY) The woman was nice, said she got it. We arrived home and opened the burger..it came with lettuce, tomatoe and 1 piece of onion! GEEZ!!!!! Next time, we will be sitting in the drive thru opening our order to make sure it's correct!!!!!! Come on Wendy's.... you can do better!!!

I was given a small Frosty but told it was a large, which was frustrating given that I paid $4.21 for it. The woman at the drive-thru insisted that it was the correct size and was quite rude about it, claiming that every other Wendy's is serving the wrong size. Whatever the case may be, the Frosty was too runny and not enjoyable at all.

I went through the drive-thru, and the young man who was supposed to assist me was quite rude. When I tried to ask a question, he interrupted me and wouldn't let me finish. I asked if I could speak to someone else, and another girl came to the window. She mentioned that she was deaf, but I could still hear the guy behind her talking disrespectfully to me. I had been having a great evening until this negative experience at Wendy's. Unfortunately, I didn't feel comfortable ordering food there.

Wow, the frosty just got smaller, but the price hasn’t changed. I spent almost $9.00 for two large (actually medium-sized) frosties. However, the staff were friendly, and the new burgers are fantastic!
