Buffalo Wild Wings - Mesquite

Diamond was our server. Had to ask twice for napkins. I ordered a chicken sandwich without pickles, bacon aioli and Slav. I asked her to add bacon, salad and Mayo. Chicken sandwich came without Mayo/letter. Just a buttered rabbit, chicken and bacon. There were no utensils to eat. Fries were not edible, they were hard and tasted like cardboard. Diamond never came to check us and when she decided to come by, I asked them about salad and she doesn't know if the kitchen had salad. Shouldn't she know the menu? Completely dissatisfied with this restaurant, I did not even ask for food for check and left eating. She came back with the check really fast tho. A waste of $40 .

One evening, we have invaded and asked ourselves whether we think wings are a coming Men's Conference in our Church. Mr. Carl, the manager helped us with the order. We placed the order about 3 weeks from the scheduled time of pickup. About a week outside, Mr. Carl contacted us to go over the order and let us know that he will be out of town when we pick up our order, but Bryson would help us if we arrived at the restaurant. When we arrived, Mr. Bryson came and greeted us and told us that our order was packed. The wings were hot, fresh and a WILD HIT at our event! A BIG THANKS to Mr. Carl, Mr. Bryson and the Buffalo Wild Wings team in Mesquite, TX to add taste to our event!

If you visit and when you do make sure you ask for Brooklyn! She definitely made our experience the best! We've been here several times due to it being the closest one to our home, but today was just amazing! Working in the sales/customer service industry I appreciate a smily face and upbeat attitude! When I tell you we went without wanting I mean literally there was not a moment she missed a beat, even on a busy night like tonight (Friday evening). Thank you so much Brooklyn for our experience tonight!! Will definitely be back and ask for you!

If you are a fan of cold food, this is your home. We 've tried giving this location a fair shake at getting it right , but unfortunately, without any luck. We have tried at least 5 other times. The latest was yesterday (7/10/22). The place was busy so there should be no reason why food was sitting around long enough to be cold when served. Our chicken: dry and cold....fries (both orders)...cold. Even our cheese queso was dead cold (with a film on top) as were the chips, which were also stale. We made our dissatisfaction known to our waiter (a very friendly, Jeff) and he had the fries taken off of the order. Big deal. Needless to say, this was our last attempt at this location. Not too eager to try others as we have, and they all seem to have the same lousy control over the manner in which they serve their food. Ever since BWW got bought out by Arby 's, the quality of their food has gone downhill. Too bad, it used to be so good. Such a shame. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Sometimes the wings just really aren't that good. They pop them in a oven and I still have to wait 45 min for them when the place is less than half full?
