This place is underrated because of its location inside Fitness Connection but let me tell you. Smoothies 10/10 Food 10/10 Staff is fast. They do meal preps! It’s just great…I’ve sat in there 3hrs after a workout before.

The best crew ever. morning and night they all are very friendly and nice. the steak is best in my opinion and great environment, the butterfinger is my go to.

I highly recommend the pancakes and peanut butter. I can't speak for the atmosphere since I always just pick up, but the staff is friendly and the food is delicious
