Golden Chick - Mesquite

I love this place. Their 5pc Southern Catfish meal is superb. Don't forget your sweet tea!

The chicken was tasty and served piping hot, and the bread was exceptionally soft and enjoyable. The restaurant was also very clean.

The Southern Fried Catfish was fantastic, and the staff was both friendly and efficient.

The food is good, but I've had some concerns with customer service in the past. That was my experience a few years ago. However, today (March 2022) was significantly improved. I've changed my rating from 2 stars to 4. The only drawback was having to pull over and wait, despite there being no other cars behind me. Although it took longer than I expected for my chicken to be ready, I appreciated knowing that it was fresh.
