Mcdonald's - Mesquite

I had a good experience at this restaurant when I placed my order. However, there was a problem with one of our orders. We had ordered 2 pommes, which was listed on the screen, but when we paid, it was not on the receipt. We already received the food at that point. When we asked if we could add the missing items, the staff said it was okay and gave us a medium fry for no extra charge. Most of the time, they get our orders right the first time or fix it quickly. The customer service was good. Currently, there are no discounts available.

My children always love going to McDonald's! Their fries and chicken nuggets are the best! I also love using the app to get great daily offers. The staff is always friendly and our orders are always ready on time. Excellent service.

Normally there’s an outrageous line. Today was wonderful. No long line at all. The food was fresh, no mistakes with my order or anything

Most of the time I order a whole “meal” on Uber they forget the fries, making me reorder Uber only refunds 5 dollars but not the fees on top of it. Idk if they be doing this on purpose to be petty but it’s getting annoying..on top of that I ordered 2 apple pies ended up getting 2 strawberry ones I don’t mind that but can you make sure they’re actually filled smh

Doing door dash, went to walk in to get my order at a reasonable time before the lobby was supposed to be closed, knocked on the door, the window, even had my phone pressed to the glass so they could see I was door dash and was ignored completely. I ended up having to wait in line for 20 mins just to get to the speaker to be told I could come back up to the door ?
