Papa Johns Pizza - Mesquite

After waiting an hour for my order, I called to inquire about the delay, and the staff member who answered was quite rude when I asked why it was taking so long. She didn't offer any assistance or try to resolve the issue, such as providing a complimentary item. I wasn’t expecting anything for free since I had already paid for my order. There was no reason for her to be rude. Finally, 1.5 hours later, I received another cold pizza, but at this point, I've decided not to call back. I won't be ordering from this place again.

This location on Beltline has the worst customer service I've ever encountered. There were four employees working, and each had an attitude that made me want to turn around and leave. We ordered a medium one-topping pizza that looked like it was made by a five-year-old, a papadea that seemed to have been crafted by the same child, and wings that were cold. To top it off, I had to wait an additional ten minutes after receiving a message that my order was ready. I really tried to give this place another chance, but after seeing other reviews, I know I won't be returning. The management and owner need to seriously address these issues!

Wow. Who is in charge of this place? DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! I placed two orders, and both times my order was incorrect. The first time, the pizza was burnt, and now I’ve found pineapple under the cheese on my pepperoni pizza? How does that happen?

Let me just start by saying DANG I WISH I WOULD OF REVIEWs BEFORE I CAME HERE . So I only had Papa John 's 10 years ago and I didn't like it at all, but my husband loves it, so I decided to give him a second attempt and man-o-man I'm over because I do it because it's still evil like ever. This location on Beltline also has the worst customer service ever. There were four employees there and each last had a funny attitude that lets you turn around and go out of the door. We bought a med 1 topping pizza that looked like a 5 yr old made it, papadea that was made by the same 5 yr old and wings that were cold what I did see as if I had to wait an additional 10min after a message that it was ready. I tried to give him a second attempt, and after other views on this place I know sure I didn't return. Management and the owner must do something about it!!

Wow. Who is responsible for this place? NOT ORDER FROM DIESER PLACE!!! I ordered twice and both times my order was wrong. For the first time, pizza was burned and now I found pineapple under the cheese of my pepper pizza? How?
