Pizza Hut - Mesquite

The pizza at this point was terrible that it was cold smelled funny looked like it had been made a long time ago. It was bad.

I spend $50!!!! And they never gave my order, I went so far to talk to companies, and they never got a call back, don't order a pizza from here or order everything from Uber eats or something connected to this place. You will cancel your order and they will still charge you! What a bunch of thieves

Placed an order for pickup, the store was closed 30 mins after it said open. I guess no employees today? Kind of sucked hope they're being treated okay and getting paid adequately

Very disappointed when I drove to this Pizza Hut and the doors were locked without clarifying the reason. According to Google the location is open and closes at 11pm. There were two individuals inside who attempted to say something, but unfortunately I was unable to hear through glass. Another individual put up 8 fingers, so I'm assuming they open at 8 pm. Customer service doesn't seem to be a priority.

Delivered my food cold. Once I finally got someone on the phone the next day. Which was Brandy who said she was a manager, she had to look up my order. After I gave her my name and number. Still playing crazy like she can’t find my order. Told me she would call me back. Which she never did. A total of $40.85 what a waste. Very disappointed and will no longer spend money with Pizza Hut. Hire new management because those ladies are incompetent.
