Sabores Boricuas - Mesquite

The food and service were outstanding! The dishes were incredibly tasty, reminding me of my grandmother's cooking. They had great flavor without being too spicy. The dessert was a real treat too. I will definitely come back; this isn’t fast food, but the wait is absolutely worth it since everything is made fresh to order!

As a New Yorker now residing in Texas, I frequently crave the flavors of my childhood. This restaurant truly impressed me! I ordered the beef stew with rice and peas, and I also got a side of tostones. It was simply incredible! I can't wait to go back!

This restaurant in Mesquite, Texas, serves outstanding Puerto Rican cuisine. We had to wait an hour for our food, but it was definitely worth it. I had the Carne Frita with Rice and Beans, while my wife enjoyed the Mofongo Relleno de Camarones. Both dishes were incredibly flavorful and skillfully prepared. The prices were quite reasonable, and although it’s a bit of a drive for us, the location was easy to find. The only downside was that they don’t serve cups of water; they only sell bottled water. We will definitely call ahead to place our order on our next visit. Don’t miss out on the Guineitos en Escabeche as an appetizer!

Would of been better if some 1 could of some english to me . Pork had s lot of fat. Might go back I seen alot of people with soup I wanted but couldn't speak spanish to order it . Wasnt on the menu
