Julio consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that customers are satisfied and happy. He is always ready to lend a hand. Patrick at the counter even goes to the back to prepare sandwiches, bringing a positive attitude and assisting the cook. They all work wonderfully as a team. We are regulars and visit every few weeks.
I’d like to share a few insights from our perspective as a restaurant. First and foremost, we are not a fast food establishment. We have just one oven, and during lunch hours, we are often short-staffed and handling online orders, which may result in longer wait times than anticipated. Even if it seems like only a few customers are dining in, we could be juggling 10-15 online orders at the same time. Additionally, if you are eligible for a military, senior citizen, or law enforcement discount, please mention it before your order is finalized. Re-processing an order to apply a discount can take a significant amount of time, especially when many customers are waiting. Your cooperation in this would be greatly appreciated. Lastly, I want to address the issue of cleanliness. When you leave behind trash, leftovers, or spilled soda as you exit, it creates extra work for our staff and negatively impacts service for everyone. Our cooks should not have to leave their stations to clean up, especially when their efforts go unacknowledged with a tip. We strive to provide the best service possible, and your support in maintaining a clean environment is invaluable. Thank you all for your understanding and support!
