Whataburger - Mesquite

I?ll give it an extra star because most of my order was correct, but they did charge me for a gravy and never put it in my bag and also forgot to put smaller items. The cashier was Daniel but it was a girl that attended me and she kept saying she hatedher job and was in a bad mood. Both the girl and the boy were unprofessional and this whataburger is worse than the one in lakejune.

My cheeseburger was awesome. I asked for the meat to be well,well,well done. It was perfect. Thank you chef. ???? the young lady at the drive thru window was also pleasing to talk too. Thank you ????

Service here is awful. So slow! I know it gets busy and your rushing to do orders but as a customer when you sit and listen to a loud conversation between employees saying, 30 dollars, 30 minute wait , nah I don 't wanna rush, I can take my time , thelonger the line, the more hungry they get so they waiting , I got all the time in the world is when you know it 's not thework load, it 's the workers. Not visiting here again due to such terrible service and attitude.

I live in the area..please do NOT I REPEAT DO NOOTT get food here! It?s a constant problem. They almost always forget to add items included in your meal. The drive thru alone takes about 45-1hr to get through. The kids working here are rude as hell aswell. Try the Colins location.

Came up here ordered two Cobb salads and they said ok on the microphone drove up to window ,told us they only had ome salad left wow at 8:00 and this establishment supposed to be open 24/7?! Just dint want to make the chicken(fried came up here today at8:00 pm the big white lady and man is too lazy to fry chicken and they work at a fast food place I won't be back and I'll tellmy family to stop coming here . If you can't make a simple salad with chicken Bye. I love whaterburger p Bust night timecustomer service is horrible. Smh Had to drive off on the lady cause I didn't want to argue over a salad but why make me waitwhen ypu only have one I ordered two??!
