I was here twice, both of them had a great time and the crowd was a nice mix of young and old and women and men. good service, good prices, I really need to visit this place more frequently

The oldest and best bar in metairie. great eating of bear’s po-boys and the good times just flow on and the bartenders are great and the ritter, how to pour big drinks. You didn't have to see it.

It’s Friday night, it’s time for a shrimp oyster poboy Gennaro’s The bread was fresh warm. The shrimp oysters delicious. The Dixie Blue Moon crisp cold! We enjoyed sitting at the bar for beers but when the food came we moved to a table away from the smoke. One of our fave places.

Best roast beef po-boys ever. Growing up in Metairie this was the only place that had real New Orleans po-boys.

A veritable Metairie LA institution. Believe it's one of the oldest bars in the area. Visited during Irish Italian day celebration. Local Band The Topcats provided entertainment. Awesome vibe...
