Lee's Hamburgers - Metairie

We placed and order from our office today and was extremely disappointed.The fries were burned and very hard. We called and spoke with the manager in hopes of having the problem rectified after spending so much money. He was VERY RUDE AND SAID THAT THERE WAS NO WAY THAT COULD BE because he fried them himself. The other ladies were also not satisfied with their burgers or chicken strips.Regardless of what he felt was sufficient may not have been what our quality expectations were requiring,And we are entitled to that opinion when spending our money. Ive always been taught that the customer's satisfaction should always be a priority and taken into consideration . I informed him that we would Definitely not beordering from there again, and he seemed very unbothered!! Customer Service is not what it use to be,and these businesses wonder why they are struggling to stay a float.Word of mouth with good service is better than any billboardadvertisement.

I give two stars because I have respect for the historic value of the restaurant. I didn't have a burger and that's what their famous for but they should still have quality food other than. My roommate got a roast beef poboy and was not impressed I recently had surgery and can process red meats and got a turkey sandwich and it was mostly veg and bread very little meat. The sweet potato fries were burnt and the fountain drinks were out of all but a couple.

This places is Trash Don?t order the Philly all onions ,peppers and cheese it was horrible

Great burgers! Even though i get them w/o onions they still are great burgers...i just don’t like onions, sorry. Oh and the fries are good too!

Delicious breakfast food at this burger joint. And the grits were awesome! Can't wait to try their burgers. Service was good too.
