They didn't even mention it in their communication. DoorDash attempted to reach Little Caesars, but no one answered their calls, likely because they didn't want to deal with the issue. When I called again the next day, I spoke with someone named Sean and asked to talk to a manager. Instead of helping, he just shouted for Sean, and then the same Sean returned, claiming to be the manager. I also called Little Caesars’ corporate office and spent 20 minutes on hold. When I called back, they told me I would need to wait again. I reached out to customer support directly and had to hold for another 20 minutes. By the time I finished writing this review and filing my complaint with the Better Business Bureau, I had still not spoken to anyone who could resolve my issue.

DoorDash attempted to contact Little Caesars, but no one answered, likely because they didn't want to take the call. I called the restaurant again today and asked to speak with a manager. An employee named Sean shouted for the manager, and then the same Sean returned, claiming he was the manager. I reached out to Little Caesars' corporate office and was on hold for 20 minutes without resolution. Upon calling back, I was told to wait again. I attempted to contact customer support directly and remained on hold for 20 minutes as well. During all this time, while I was trying to file my complaint with the Better Business Bureau and write this review, no one was available to take my call.
I enjoy the pizza when it's fresh and hot. It can be difficult to reach them by phone at times, but the quality is always better in person. I've had some issues with customer service in the past, but those experiences have improved. There was a significant turnaround about six months ago, and I plan to return.
On the other day had got a Hawaiian pizza from my local little caesars and it was great! I plan to buy two more visits
Man the pizza I got last night was the best chain pizza I ever had.To the two that where in the drive threw window.Thank You to the girl that went back and made my custom order 3 meat no Italian sausage.Girl you put your foot in that bravo and I got $tip for you next time I come threw.Bravo amazing for a chain pizza joint!!!!
