I gave it 5 stars cause the place is always consistently great, and I didn't want to ding them on points, but this past time I went the pho broth was a little bland. This is very unusual and the first time it's ever happened in 20+ visits. It was probably a 1 time thing. You should go, cause every other time I've gone they have the absolute best pho broth of all the pho places in the city

Rude service! Small, dingy, no Tofu available like other locations for people who don't eat meat, offered no ice cup, only bottled water, hot lemonade. Only good for a quick bite. No ambience or good service. Bathrooms located through dirty storage. Other 3 locations much better, especially West Bank. Only bottle water, no tap. Scorching hot water to mix powder for lemonade thrown over ice. Don't recommend. All the bad reviews on her I've found to be absolutely true. Safe your money, get something far better quality for same or probably less of a price. Or at least not horrible mean faces of staff and attitude whole time. Vegetarian options: No tofu or vegetarian options here even though every other Vietnamese place has them. Do not recommend.

I always do a to-go order and they never disappoint. Pho broth is very flavorful!

I love the soup at this place, it's one of my parents' and my parents' favorite places and mine. I love the service. It's fast. You don't wait long for your food, which is delicious. ? recommended.
