The coffee at this restaurant is quite good, although a bit expensive for a small size. The decorations are a bit tacky, with a mishmash of retro 50's and Jazzland-inspired pieces on the walls, many of which are adorned with gold trim for an extravagant touch.

This restaurant is quite unique. The coffee is decent and the staff is quite friendly. The decor is a bit tacky and the music can be quite loud. If you plan on studying, make sure to bring headphones. It's a good spot to hang out with friends if you don't mind the noise and flashy decorations. They also have outdoor seating available. It's surprising that they charge for WiFi. In general, if you're in need of coffee and a place to study, this place will suffice.

Earlier this afternoon, I visited the restaurant and the older woman working at the drive-thru had excellent posture. However, she made errors with my order and seemed disinterested. Her attitude towards me was rude and she exuded negative energy. She was the worst person I have ever encountered.

It was my first time to go there. I ordered a small granita and a blueberry muffin. the service was pleasant. it had a comfortable environment. there are also external seats. I'll be back soon.

Coffee and eating is okay. the biggest problem is the service. the brown hairy woman working on the morning of 5/10/22 is extremely rude and uncomfortable people in the line must wait for long time without explanation. they cannot order via the intercom, they must drive to the window where they have to wait for several minutes before they can even place their order. my two drinks I received this morning were not good. the mocha was after giving lukewarm and my ice cream containing no coffee and too much cream. I came back to make it back. not only that she didn't get it back, but she just added it. I had no time or the energy to argue after she had only changed the drink, so I took everything she gave that I did not trust that she would do nothing about it. overall my recommendation is to go to pjs or dieucks, not this puccinos location
