Whole Foods Market - Metairie

It seems we just had bad luck during our visit. The salad bar hardly had any vegan options, there were nothing available in the bakery, and they didn't offer any vegan pizza either. It would be great if the vegan options were clearly labeled, as that would make things much easier.

This particular Whole Foods location offers a variety of fresh vegan options in their salad bar, including vegan pizza choices!

As a local, I often shop at this establishment. They offer a great variety of vegan food options for home cooking, and their selection of prepared vegan desserts has also expanded. However, it's still important to read labels carefully, especially if you want to avoid products containing palm oil. This update is based on my previous review from September 2, 2017.

Whole Foods is always a reliable source for vegan goodness. This location tends to have a slightly different selection than the one by my house, a bit more. It's a nice alternative if I'm out that way. Parking lot always space available.
