"Are you okay? The place doesn't have many toys, but the staff are very friendly."
The kids had a great time playing, but there seemed to be a limited number of cards available. The shark cupcakes tasted more like cornbread than cake, and we only spotted Chuck E. once during our two-hour visit. Additionally, I couldn't redeem the extra registration ticket on the app because that was the *only* page that wouldn’t load. Alright, that's enough complaining! Lol!
Very well maintained and clean branch, the Studio C Alpha bot was also in amazing condition, friendly staff all show features worked as new in the 2000s.
Considering I used to go to Chuck E cheese when it used to have the ball pit it's really gone down. If you're a parent that have lots of money to spend, this is a perfect place you go. You put a lot of money on the card and let them play their hearts out. The new program they have allows you to pay a flat fee to play continuous. Whether it's going to be half an hour or more. I paid $15 for half an hour of continuous play. For that half an hour it was great she got to play every single game that she wanted to but, after half an hour there's nothing more to do. Unless I'm going to pay more money for more play, there's no play scape, there's no free games or anything to enjoy unless you're physically spending money. She left there upset and still very energetic. Nowhere to run around and burn energy at all. Very disappointing, I will not be going back.
