Taco Bell - Methuen

I regret letting my kids eat at this restaurant. I live just ten minutes away and ordered online, but when I got there, I had to wait over 30 minutes for my order of two soft beefy tacos, loaded nachos, and two drinks. The food was poorly prepared and didn’t even look edible, let alone resembling anything from the advertisements. I can definitely say I won’t be coming back!

The service was mediocre. The staff seemed to have a bit of an attitude problem. The fried chicken was cold and the skin was soggy. I was never asked if I wanted anything originally. We paid extra for cheese on the nachos, but never received it. When I went to ask about it, the same woman gave me an attitude for simply inquiring, even though we paid for it and asked politely. People in customer service should always strive to be friendly, especially towards paying customers.

The service was incredibly slow! Half of the food I received was not cooked properly. The cashier forgot to give me my receipt, which I needed to fill out the survey. I was in the drive-thru, and they asked me to wait in the parking lot to help reduce their wait time. I ended up waiting 30 minutes for my food and eventually had to go inside to inquire. As for the extra sauce I paid for, I only received a tablespoon in a cup. It seems likely that the main issue is a group of poorly trained staff trying to manage everything.

We did the drive thru here for the first time last night. The place was nice but the tacos had literally nothing in them. I could have put the contents of 3 tacos into 1 to have a real taco. It was very disappointing and I will not come back after thisminimizing experience.

Veggie chalupa is always fresh and great taste. The drive through is best here with friendly staff and fast moving cars. There is enough parking to stop and eat. Kfc is combined with Tacobell here and both the menu items can be ordered. Tried some kfcitems but were not fresh. Definitely recommend for TacoBell.
