City Barbeque

Been to this location of City BBQ three times it did not disappoint. We recently went to a wedding where City BBQ catered and it was so delicious. It has very high prices especially for the desert banana pudding. Atmosphere is strong smell of cooked meats, makes your mouth water.

This one in Cary tends to do their brisket more juicy than the one on Lake Boone Trail based on the 4-5 times I've been there. I do recommend checking your sandwich before walking out the door on pickup orders, or ordering in. The flavor is always great and the people are usually on the ball. I did catch them at a time when the register was unattended it caused a tiff between two employees, but nothing unusual for the business where everyone wears multiple hats. All-in-all its definitely worth returning to.

The food and service was absolutely amazing. I even downloaded the app to get rewards because I will surely be coming here again!

The food is very good and has a great smoky flavor. I hate them forcing Texas toast on you and charging you quite a bit for a small side such as hush puppies. Overall it is a little bit overpriced.

The brisket and pulled pork are really good. The ribs are okay, not as much meat on them as I'd like. There is a very good selection of BBQ sauces. The sides are also very good.
