I was impressed that amidst the rush our waiter got our drinks and appetizer at lightning speed. Waiting for the food was on the longer side, but again the speed for the drinks and appetizer was appreciated. They are more affordable Mexican in the Raleigh area.
We love this place. We go every time we go back from camping. I don't even like Mexican food but their food is amazing and the atmosphere is great. I'm vegetarian and couldn't be happier with their selection, while my husband and oldest son get the meat platter and love it!
It seems like there isn't enough staff to provide adequate service. I had to flag down a waitress several times. Waiting/standing at the cash register to pay the check for 10+ minutes is not a positive way to end the dinner experience. I'm happy to change my review if I return and have a better experience.
Such a great spot. Food is delicious, the staff is wonderful, and generous affordable portions.
Tried a delivery order for the first time and left it extremely disappointed. Sauces are bland and uninspired. My daughter’s tamale was almost solid corn meal with the rumor of meat. I’ve included a picture to understand what you’d be getting.
