Overall excellent service and quality! We utilized this company for a large business event and everything about the experience was five star fantastic. The catering manager was very quick to respond and did so each time in a caring, professional, helpful and friendly manner. Terrible experience for many members of our neighborhood tonight with Empire eats. Even with pre-orders placed the food took over 1.5 hrs still with items missing, unavailable food items, undercooked fries and cold. Super disappointing and frustrating.
