Juicekeys - Metro Durham/Chapel Hill

Today I am trying the one on Falls of the Nuese. The service was basic not as welcoming as the one off of Spring Forest. The outside seating is nice for a Sunday after church they ask for you to wait outside for your order. I ordered the coffee smoothie and the strawberry shortcake bowl. It was delicious. Try it, you will love you.

One of my favorite places to get a smoothie bowl. The flavors are so good and the fruit is fresh.

The young lady at the counter was so sweet and helped me when I needed assistance. The smoothie was also very good and made just how I like it.

This review is about the service. I ordered online, two smoothies and one bowl at 11:30 am. Nothing special in terms of modifications. Got a text saying it would be ready at 11:44. Went in at 11:42 and was just told “it’s not ready”.. no problem I was early happy to wait. At 11:46 I was told “10 more mins, max they’re working on it now”. At noon, the food finally came out. What a ridiculous amount of time to wait for a smoothie and how frustrating when you have a toddler with you.

Love the fresh squeezed juices and shots. My kids don't think a Saturday morning is complete with out one of there delicious bowls.
