My friends wake was catered there, it was heart warming

The server was incompetent and could not even figure out the bills without the manager, and he had to redo all the bills One person’s order was this made two times and still was not correct as ordered This is an old staple that did not live up to its history

Ordered a turkey club, no bacon. The kitchen made it with bacon. While I waited for a replacement, the rest of the group I was with finished their food. I also ordered a side of fruit but later was told it wasn't available. I was offered fries that I declined. When the bill arrived, which we had to ask for. I was charged for fries that I didn't order. Several others were overcharged. Bills were corrected, but it was a real nuisance.

I did not have a good experience at all. My son and I are in town and went as a suggestion from our hotel. After waiting 30 min to be waited on our order was taken. 20 minutes later our food came out. We walked back to our hotel and my burger that was suppose to be well done was pink. I called back spoke with my server he said to come back and get a new burger and that I would be refunded so I waited 20 min to give it time, walked back and he came out and said there would be no burger I’d just be refunded. I was not so this am I did a chat with Joe who was nice and helpful and refunded the money immediately so I’m guessing had I not called it wouldn’t had been. Anyway he was helpful and told me to come back tonight. Thankfully I called and didn’t walk back. Someone put me on hold 10 minutes or so o finally hung up and chatted again with Joe who was apologetic. Not a good experience at all. I’m also a travel agent and due to the service, long waits, and customer service I would not refer my clients in the area at all! Joe is great however the service is definitely not and I can’t rate the food because I still have no idea of how it taste two days later.

We were a party of 20 people and Victor handled it gracefully! He was always attentive and made the experience fun! It felt like you knew him even if you met him just that day! I can’t thank him enough for his service and joyfulness! And also the food was great and very filling! Will go again!
