Wendy's - Metro Durham/Chapel Hill

Wendy's always make a great burger! This restaurant was clean, neat, and the staff was very attentive.

Staff was friendly and dining room was generally clean but the food was barely warm.

This parking lot is always dirty Still 200 shopping carts in the parking lot This location definitely needs to get the shopping carts that have been there for a yr or more out of the parking lot and street. Someone posted this location with rats running outside in parking lot .. Cleanup put more trash Cans outside Tell the city to empty the trash at th3 bis stop this would help as well. Hire the many homeless people to Cleanup if you have no staff ..

It was ok but just ok. Nothing spectacular. Service was mediocre but the clerk didn't know the menu and the menu posted was hard to read understand. The prices are confusing; can't tell the price from the calories.

The girl at the speaker had an attitude. i gave her my order very clear. she got everything wrong didn’t even give me the right drinks. they were very slow and the line wasn’t even long. This wendy’s needs better staffing immediately.
