Contribuisci feedbackWe stopped at this Parkers to get gas this morning and after pumping the gas the pump failed to give a receipt stating that printing failed and to see cashier. My husband went inside the store to get a receipt and the man inside asked why he didn't get a receipt outside. My husband told him what the error was and the man asked if it was out of paper or what was wrong. My husband told him again that it said it failed to print and to see the cashier. The phone rang and the man then answered the phone and proceeded to talk while my husband was waiting. My husband asked the man again for his receipt and then the man told him to calm down and started talking to other people in the store. He finally gave him the receipt. This is not the first time that he has had problems with this store. The service is terrible.
Parker 's! WHERE THEY DOUBLE THE PRICE TO OFFER YOU HALF OFF.... Go across the street to Jets where the food and service is second to none. They had a buy one get one free snickers. Well ONE snickers bar was almost $2.00! JUNE 2019 We went in for some dinner around 5 till 6 and waited to be helped. Finally a guy came from the back and i drew his attention and asked if he would serve us a couple meals. He said you have to place your order on the screen in front of you.... so i began and the screen said kitchen closed. I looked at him and repeated what the machine said and he said well i can help you. He said, If it says kitchen closed then you can 't have anything. My question is...... he was right there and he would 've served us per our request NOT the machine. Why can 't he take our order and had someone been available we could 've made our order on THE SCREEN had we known. When im in metter i avoid this place at all costs but it 's a very convenient location so sometimes i stop in. EVERYTIME i stop in i say it 's gonna be my last bit i don 't come to metter much so i try them over and over.
ALWAYS great friendly service from staff!! (and I go here multiple times a day, often) Their food is always fresh and delicious! I love love love their coffee selections and now it's fresh ground brewed right there! I definitely make good use of the Parker's reward system. Recommend to everyone!!
We placed a mobile chicken order around 935am for pickup at 1130am, in the hopes of saving time, but it didn 't work like that. Mobile order pickup time set at 1130. We walked in the door at 1121. They were fairly busy. I got to the head of the line about 1126, the girl said yes I see your order on the screen... Then we watched people come in after us, several times, entering orders on the screen. They all got their orders before she even started on ours. They seemed irritated when I asked again about our order and said my number was 308. After all others were served, and no one who had entered a local order was left, and no one actively entering an order... at 1139 she started making our order. It sat ready for a couple more minutes until they called my number and bagged the food. We walked out at 1145. The mobile order seemed to be prioritized last. I 'll never order at Parker 's again. Next time is Uncle Shug 's.
The bathroom floor was sticky and covered in urine and toilet paper strewn about, totally filthy. I was charged for a large fountain drink AND a large coffee even though I only got a 20oz cup of coffee. I've been here numerous times and have been charged anywhere from $1.07 to $3.43 today for the same size drink. Not returning to this location.
